Educational Opportunities

There is a multitude of educational opportunities in Oil City, with a variety of schools and institutions offering early childhood education through college. The Oil City Area School District consists of three elementary schools spread throughout the area as well as a middle school and high school. The City is also home to St. Stephen School and the Venango Catholic High School, which are both a part of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Erie and together offer education for grades K-12. Beyond a high school diploma, there is the Clarion University - Venango campus which offers a quality college education for numerous degree programs.
